Shipping Information
Our warehouse is in Melbourne, Victoria.
Most orders placed before 2pm AEST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day.

New Zealand Delivery:
Express Post: 2-5 business days
Standard Post: 4-7 business days
Postage Costs:
For deliveries within New Zealand, the standard shipping fee is AUD15.00.
Standard delivery within Australia and New Zealand for orders over AUD150: Free

Order Status and Tracking
Order Confirmation
When you place an order with sperry.com.au, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, please contact hello@sperry.com.au.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number which will work on the Australia Post website.
Cancelling Orders
At Sperry, our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
